We have always provided the best possible telephone, e-mail and on-site support to our Customers. But over the years we have had many requests to setup a training program that would provide a conduit to share our knowledge and experience with Customers, and in so doing, enabling them to install, configure, operate and when need be troubleshoot with confidence.
The ICG Product Training program has been designed to provide two levels of product training.
Our fundamentals courses are designed to provide Operators and Crews with a basic knowledge of the product and its operation. Providing valuable knowledge about the relevant Networks, the product’s capabilities, operation and a basic level of monitoring and troubleshooting
Operation and Flight-line maintenance
Our higher level courses offer the same details as our fundamentals courses, but extend beyond the basics into all aspects of the product from Installation requirements to flight-line troubleshooting and diagnostics. These courses are ideal for Installation Centers and Operators looking for a true and intimate knowledge of the product(s) in question.
