How to Activate SIM Cards

Iridium Service Customer Agreement Form for E-mail

Please fill out this customer agreement form and press the "Submit" button at the end to have the form e-mailed to ICG.
NOTE: You must have an e-mail client installed on your computer (Microsoft Outlook, Eudora, etc.)

NOTE: If fax is sent after hours, SIM cards will not be activated until the next business day.
