Who do I contact to check on the availability of a product?
- You can call our Sales line during normal business hours at 757-947-1030
  Option 2. One of our representatives will be more than happy to assist you.
How do I place an order?
- As an ICG client you can place an order using a purchase order. If you have
  not purchased from us previously we require credit approval before processing
  a PO. You may contact any of our representatives to receive a credit
  application. Please email or fax us your official order on company letterhead.
  Please include the following information so we can process your order more
  quickly:
  
  • The product name and the part number, if known
  • The number of items desired
  • Your billing address and your delivery address, if different
  • Name, phone and fax number of the contact person for your order
  • The e-mail address to which the order confirmation and invoice should be
  sent, and your e-mail delivery address, if different
  
  If you include all of the required information, your order can be processed by
  our order processing team within 24 hours.
Can I order Online?
- At this time ICG is unavailable to receive orders online. We accept orders
  via e-mail, fax, and postal mail.
How do I get in touch with your Dealers or Distributors?
- ICG has a large dealer/distributor network that is always happy to help
  offer with on time parts, service, and installation assistance. They can help
  you select and install the proper ICG products and can provide answers to
  questions on proper operation and maintenance. To find a dealer near you

Can I buy direct from ICG if I do not have a pre-existing account?
- If you do not have an ICG Customer account, we will help you set one up. All
  you need to do is provide a completed credit application to our accounts
  payable department. Once credit terms have been established we can
  provide you with your six-digit customer account number and begin
  processing your orders. You can receive a credit application by calling our
  Sales line at 757-947-1030 Option 2.
  
  You can fax your completed credit application to 757-947-1035 Attn: Zora
  Parker or email at zparker@intcomgrp.com.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
- Yes, there is a minimum order amount of $250.00.
What is the lead time for my product?
- ICG is well-known for shipping items same day while other companies give
  astronomical lead times. We pride ourselves in this service and will continue to
  serve our customers with those same expectations. However lead times vary
  according to the product. Many of our items are typically in stock, but
  customization requirements can increase the delivery date. For an estimate
  on lead times please contact our Sales line at 757-947-1030 Option 2.
How will I know that my order is ready or has been shipped?
- You will be notified via email that your items have shipped. If you have any
  doubts you can always call our Order Status line at 757-947-1030 Option 4.
  Please have your PO number readily available when calling.
Can I check the status of my order online?
- Unfortunately, at this time ICG does not have an order status module on
  our website. However, you can always get real-time updates on where
  your order is at this moment by calling our Order Status line at
  757-947-1030 Option 4. Please have your PO number available when calling.
Will I receive a warranty with my product?
- All products sold by ICG are guaranteed for a period of 24 months
  (parts & labor) from the date of aircraft delivery, unless specified
  otherwise. The warranty note is enclosed in the box with the product at
  the time of shipment.
Which payment options do you offer?
- You may pay via wire transfer and check.
I received a confirmation email. Does that mean my order is ready?
- No. All of our customers receive a confirmation email from us when they
  place an order. This means your order has been received and placed into
  our system for production.
